if things had remained as they had millions years ago, no money, no technology, no epidemic outbreaks, no wars, no education, no obesity, no common language, no mass killings, no income disparity, no brandings, no global warming, no extinction, no nothing. just a simple life like the cavemen, there was no need for so much clothes nor excessive killings of animals for food. animals were friends of human, human were friends of human. every living organism had almost the same rights, they hunt just for survival. things were just as simple as it seemed.
true enough, if there hadnt been any invention of any kinds, we would not have the life we are enjoying now. but it wasnt all these inventions that came about, there may not be any complicated feelings, jealously, discrimination, anger, sadness, happiness. because people had a taste of what a better life is, they wouldnt want to go back to where it was after tasting it. in the case of not getting what they want, they then realised what was sadness and anger. so on and so forth with all the other feelings. people resort to good and evil means to maintain or improve their quality of life.
if there hadnt been exchanges of any form that took place then, there may not have any globalisation today, which might be, in fact, a good thing. everyone is the same, wearing the same kind of clothes, doing the same hunting job for survival, living on their own piece of land and there was no need of invasion of other territories.
as happy as things look, this wasnt the case. globalisation took place today resulting in what is there we see today. inflation, riots, nuclear, pollution, extinction, destruction of life and nature, killings of human life and extortion of animal rights, slavery, child rights and growing disparity. and the very fact that there's a need for charities and organisations to save the earth or poor are just results of human doings. it just like spilling a cup of coffee onto a piece of white shirt and trying to clean the mess with a piece of cloth. but whats the point, there's still the stain there.
the moment that the first exchange that had took place in the world, the self-timer bomb called globalisstion had started ticking off and the only way to stop if from blowing up is to cut the right wire. but whats the probability of getting it right? since the timer has already started, there's no point looking back on how cavemen had lived, every living organism is at the mercy of the dying earth now, its just the matter of time before the bomb blows up and killing every single piece of shit here.
sometimes you wonder if it was globalisation that lead to all these mixed feelings and happenings, or was it the occurence of these activities and inevitably led to globalisation? its just like the chicken-egg cycle. which came first? we still dont know.
the complexity of life. over time and time, man had been inventing all kinds of things, destroying nature, hoping to lead a better life; and yet, the technology had taken over the humans, we consume because of the things we had brought about, the brands, the functions and whatsoever. we are at the mercy of every single piece of non-living thing today and the once closest kin Mother Nature is now man's greatest enemy which would eventually swallow up everything.
what an irony.

here's some long entry in the longest time, mainly because of the gp lesson we had today on globalisation, showing how kfc tortures the poor chickens and how different life was in different places despite the fact that we are all human beings, etc. for that one moment, i feel so ashamed being a human being who is trampling all over and creating all the shit on this place that we called, home.
